I, Liutsik Victoria Vladimirovna, born on 12/15/1975, was born in Alma Ata, Kaz SSR in a family of employees. Graduated from Secondary school No. 15. In 1994, she enrolled in the 1st year of the ASU. Abai (now KazNPU named after Abai), Faculty of International Relations, specialty "International Law". In 1999, she graduated with honors. In 2000, she enrolled in graduate school. The thesis was defended at the Dissertation Council of al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2005. I have been a Candidate of Law since 2006. In 2016, she received the title of corresponding member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan. Teaching experience is 26 years.
